Donny F. Lauderback

Donny founded F2OnSite in 2007, and now F2OnSite is one of the 'Fastest Growing Onsite I.T. Services companies in the United States'. F2 has also been named as the 25th Fastest Growing Privately Held Businesses by the SMU Cox School of Business. His current focus is ensuring the company continuously adheres to its purpose, 'Connecting People and Technology to Unlock Potential and Drive Growth'.

As a lifelong learner, he has completed two specialization programs at the Harvard Busines School:  'Leadership and Management’ and 'Entrepreneurship & Innovation'.

While developing a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, he has completed three specialization certifications in the AI space from Vanderbilt University including: 'Generative AI Leadership & Strategy', 'Generative AI Assistants', and ‘AI Prompt Engineering for Law’. He has also completed the ‘AI for Business’ specialization certification from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, in 2014 Donny completed the 'Leadership and Critical Managment' program at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza School of Business. He is a proud undergrad alumnus of Texas Tech University as well.

During the past 25 years, Donny has become a subject matter expert in the staffing and recruiting space.  He has been published by the Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Family Magazine, Texas Monthly, The Dallas Morning News and the Electronic Recruiters Exchange (ERE), publishing articles dealing with a multitude of topics in and around the human resources, contingent workforce and staffing space.

​He is married, has three children, three grandchildren and three dogs. He and his wife Kristin reside in the Lake Travis area outside Austin, Texas.
