Donny founded F2OnSite in 2007, and was joined shortly thereafter by Jonathan Poole. F2 has also been named as the 25th Fastest Growing Privately Held Businesses by the SMU Cox School of Business. His current focus is the strategy and culture of the company, F2 continuously adheres to its purpose, 'Connecting People and Technology to Unlock Potential and Drive Growth'.
Donny is a proud legacy and alumni of Texas Tech University. As a lifelong learner, he attended the Harvard Business School online program, and has completed four HBS specialization programs: 'Leadership & Management’, 'Entrepreneurship & Innovation', 'Strategy' and 'Marketing'.
While developing a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, he has completed three specialization credentials in the AI space from Vanderbilt University including: 'Generative AI Leadership & Strategy', 'Generative AI Assistants', and ‘AI Prompt Engineering for Law’. He has also completed the ‘AI for Business’ specialization certification from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, in 2014 Donny completed the post-graduate program 'Leadership and Critical Managment' at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza School of Business.
During the past 25 years, Donny has become a subject matter expert in the staffing and recruiting space. He has been published by the Dallas Business Journal, Dallas Family Magazine, Texas Monthly, The Dallas Morning News and the Electronic Recruiters Exchange (ERE), publishing articles dealing with a multitude of topics in and around the human resources, contingent workforce and staffing space.
He serves as a founding member of the Lake Travis Legacy Foundation, serving deserving individuals and familes in the Lakeway area of Austin.

Donny is married, has three children, three grandchildren and three dogs. He and his wife Kristin reside in the Lake Travis area outside Austin, Texas. In his spare time he is an well known annoucer for football sporting events, including Stadium PA, Radio and TV broadcasts.
