  • Can F2OnSite provide ongoing IT support for my business?
    F2 does not offer 'small business' support, our customers are typically larger more complex organizations who require project based teams to perform tasks, OR a larger customer who may need just a very few specialized technicians or engineers for a specific project.
  • What services do you provide?
    Three core offerings: Project Delivery including implementations, deployments, Adds, Moves, Changes, Refreshes etc...Dispatch service calls for warranty break fix, or OEM service support, and On-Demand Staffing, providing fast reliable IT staff to augment your internal staff.
  • What industries does F2OnSite specialize in serving?
    We provide service to all industries. Healthcare, Financial, Manufacturing, Agricultural and of course IT are common industries utilizing our service.

  • What are F2OnSite's rates for on-site IT services?
    Our rates depend on geography, skill level, and tasks to be completed. Typically, F2 rates will fall within the expected norms, however we do not price our project rates below market in order to gain business. Rates for any project or resource are negotiated upfront by our delivery or sales team after discussing our customer budget. If F2 pricing is not acceptable to our customer, we will propose a plan to offset any reduction in spend, so that the customer has options to complete the project on time and within budget.
  • Can F2OnSite provide references or customer testimonials for their on-site IT services?
    Yes, customer references are available to prospective customers when requested and warranted.
  • How does F2OnSite ensure the security of my company's data?
    F2 has a complete security program developed to insure our customers data remains secure. All employees are trained with our security program and are held to the highest standards. Typically, our staff is not given access to a company's internal data. Our focus is on hardware, not data administration or manipulation. All customer internal security procedures are adhered to in all situations and service events.

    Our staff have multiple certifications such as Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Lexmark, EMC, CompTia and many others
  • How can I find out if you have coverage or resources in a specific geographic area?

  • Can F2OnSite provide project management for larger IT initiatives?
    Absolutely - one of our strengths is Project Management, which has allowed us to handle nationwide deployments and projects at thousands of locations. Another one of our strengths is the ability to say 'no' - which our customers appreciate as we don't over promise and under deliver.
  • Can F2OnSite provide a customized IT solution for my company's specific needs?
    To an extent yes, F2 typically operates as a Boots on the Ground partner to our customers, providing the labor and skills needed to complete tasks and projects. Our team is vastly experienced in designing a program to meet the different needs of our customers and their requests for service.
  • Does F2OnSite offer any kind of service level agreement (SLA) for their on-site IT services?
    SLA's can be modified and agreed to in order to meet your needs. F2 will meet any agreed to SLA, and will advise you early in the process if issues could arise.
